How long does production take?
The majority of our products are locally stocked and locally branded, with a standard lead time of approximately 2–3 weeks.
Need it sooner? We can often accommodate rush orders when required. We work with two trusted suppliers in Melbourne who offer rush services, allowing us to have select branded merchandise ready in just a few days!
A small selection of our range is sourced from Europe and Asia. Lead times for these products generally range from 3–12 weeks, depending on the level of customisation and whether the order is shipped by air or sea.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we’ll work with you to find the best option to meet it.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimum Order Quantities
Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary from product to product.
As we work with industrial printers and embroidery specialists, the MOQ for most of our apparel products is 25 units, which aligns with the standard production runs for the machinery.
For merchandise items, MOQs can vary significantly depending on the product, supplier and production method. Generally, merchandise MOQs range from 50–100 units, although this can be lower for higher-end products or higher for smaller, lower-cost promotional items.
For example, our outdoor cricket set can be ordered from as little as 10 units, while pens typically have an MOQ of 250 units.
If you have a specific quantity in mind, please let us know and we’ll always do our best to find an option that works for your requirements.
